- It helps the users to make an instant chat connection to merchants resulting in quick decision making regarding users’ daily needs.
- It helps users to make secure payment and place orders for products or services from the merchants
- It helps users to receive personal notifications and other promotions from merchants.

As an Associate, you will be supporting designated merchants in chat conversations with users. You may support multiple merchants if you are employed by Cossist. But you have the option to turn OFF or ON from the app who you want to support at any given point in time.
